Background and Business Experience

Justice Logistics was incorporated on February 21st, 2012, to pursue an Independent Service Provider agreement with FedEx Ground at CRLS 601. The company is owned by two shareholders, Paul Gaska and Ferdinand Gustafson, who also serve as directors and officers of the corporation. Ferdinand Gustafson is the day-to-day Operations Manager and Authorized Officer under the ISP business model. The officers of Justice Logistics have extensive experience in customer service, commercial driving, safety training, management, Independent Contractor, and Independent Service Provider.

Justice Logistics has succeeded at all levels of the Independent Service Provider business model. Its management team is highly regarded by local FedEx management and has established itself as a leader among its peers. Justice Logistics sets the standard for superior customer service and retention. The company's safety program has been used as an example of an efficient and responsible safety culture that produces consistently positive results. In 2015, Justice Logistics received the "Best in Business 3rd Qtr." and "Entrepreneur of the Year" awards, which we are proud of.

 

Ferdinand Gustafson, President

With over thirty years of experience in commercial driving, route sales, and service with companies such as G&K Services, Hinckley Springs Water, RPS, and FedEx Ground, this individual has held and excelled in various entry-level and middle-management positions. These include Warehouse Manager, Route Coordinator, Route Trainer, District Manager, Service Manager, and Safety Service Manager.

 

Ferdinand has earned several prestigious business honors, including Route Sales Representative of the Month (multiple times), Period Sales Finalist (multiple times), Period Sales Contest Winner, and District Manager of the Month. They have also been a successful Independent Contractor for RPS/FedEx Ground for over ten years and received the Safe Driving award for zero at-fault accidents for over fifteen years.

 

In February 2017, this individual was awarded the Living PSP award in recognition of their participation and cooperation with the CRLS sales team on all fronts to acquire and retain high-profile, large-volume accounts within the Justice Logistics CSA.
